Exchange/Return Policy

All exchanges and returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) Number.   Please call 888-777-4599 to obtain an RA within

30 days of item receipt.  Once issued an RA, please return the package to us within 30 days.

For Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise:

If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Sports Always within 30days of receipt to obtain an RA and instructions on how to return the damaged or incorrect item.  Please keep any original packing materials that came with your shipment in case the shipping carrier wants to do an investigation. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the replacement item(s) will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.

For Unwanted Items:

If you should decide that you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, please contact Sports Always within  30 days of receipt to obtain and RA and instructions on how to return the unwanted item.  Then, you must ship the item in new condition, unworn and unwashed with the original tags, stickers and in its original packaging back to our warehouse at your expense.  Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item.  The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Taxes and Shipping

There is no tax on any order you place unless you are a resident of Maryland.  We are currently unable to ship internationally.  We are also unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
